Flags by food

October 15th, 2009

I really liked this effort by digital agency Whybin TBWA to recreate each country’s flags for the Sydney International Food festival. As you’ll notice, each flag is made from food typical of that country, like pasta for Italy, cheese for France and sushi rolls for South Korea. All-in-all, I think they did a great job, except for the fact that the Greek flag should be blue and white, although admittedly there’s no blue food out there to work with!!
