Tomorrow is the 5th November- Bonfire night! It can get a little chilly standing outside, even if you manage to get close to the fire. To warm yourself up, why not try making this rum-based punch I spotted in Delicious magazine? Yum!
40ml golden rum
Dash of sugar syrup
30ml lemon juice
1. Add all the ingredients, except the cinnamon stick, to a small warmed jug and top up with very hot water, to taste.
2. Pour into warm glass tumblers and let your guests stir their drinks with a cinnamon stick before sipping.
3. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and/or nutmeg over each drink, if you like.
