The good old days

Like many people, I don’t get much joy out of trawling the standard high street shop chains for home accessories- after a while everything just begins to look the same, right?!  If you’re looking for something more meaningful and special, why not consider investing in some quality antiques?

True vintage pieces can be a great asset to your home.  Such items are unique, irreplaceable and can be passed down from generation to generation, increasing in value.  Vintage pieces often don’t come cheap and you need to have fairly good knowledge of antiques before investing a considerable amount of money.

We love Pedlars for it’s fabulous range- which is why Pedlars is our Shop of the Week this week!  Remember there is no reason why vintage can’t be mixed with modern- choose wisely and consider where the antique will be placed before you commit to buying.
