Inspirational Interiors: the smallest of apartments

May 9th, 2011

This modern Scandinavian home is just 42 square metres in size!  It’s amazing what can be achieved within such a small space.  What do you think about the curtain separating the bedroom from the rest of the apartment?  Quirky huh?!

I like how parts of the stonework have been left bare- the bricks look really modern against the white wall and provide an attractive backdrop for the flatscreen.

A rug can help to lay the ‘boundaries’ of an open-plan home

Simple and modern yet very homely-looking with the use of mood lighting, cushions and a snuggly throw

Keep areas uncluttered as much as possible by using clever storage solutions.  Mess will only make the place feel smaller!  How gorgeous are the perspex chairs??

Hi there! Quick question that’s totally off topic. Do you know how to make your page mobile friendly? I have similar theme as yours, and my blog looks weird when browsing from my mobile phone. I am trying to find a theme or plugin that might be able to fix this problem. If you have any suggestions, please share. Thanks!
