We had to replace our front door a couple of years ago, as our house was broken into and the door totally smashed (a whole other story…) and would you believe it, we still haven’t got round to painting it! So when I saw these lovely colour suggestions in Country Homes & Interiors, I thought that’s it, the front door has to go to the top of our to-do-list when we’re back from our honeymoon… But for the time being, I thought I’d play around a bit with some colours in photoshop. Which one do you prefer?

or even a combination of two colours?

They all look gorgeous in my opinion, but I’m not sure they’d suit a London flat, they’re more cottage style/ Greek island colours no? Although now that I think about it, there’s tons of houses with coloured doors in and around Notting Hill…
