Summer Sandwiches
Let’s be honest, sandwiches tend not to be the most exciting things to look at! Ever been to a buffet where there are rows and rows of them, all which look the same? So boring!
Create a buffet full of finger food to be proud of instead! The small sandwiches above are really quick and easy to do but the different breads and fillings add interest. Why not make your own dips, too? Freshly cut seasonal vegetables make great dipping tools!

Fruit Pizza?!
I’ve just spotted this great recipe idea over at the Make Life Delicious blog. It’s a refreshing alternative to plain old fruit salad! Sunshine has named her delightful dessert Fruit Pizza but thankfully the base is made from cookie dough!

The picture reminds me of a colourful mosaic pattern… it’s so pleasing on the eye that you might think it’s too good to eat. Well, almost!
