The wonder of white
Who said white was boring?? I’d be more than happy to move straight in to this small but perfectly formed Swedish flat! The muted colour pallet is so serene. I’d be tempted to take the doors off and make it all open-plan, but then I’m not too sure if I could sleep without a door on in the bedroom!

I like the idea of resting picture frames against the wall on a shelf…

delightful in the summer months…

Small living spaces can really benefit from space-saving furniture. From a bathroom sink integrated into the toilet cistern, to a framed picture which doubles as a chair, I came across some pretty impractical designs! With a bit of research and careful planning, there is no need to sacrifice style for furniture you don’t really love simply because it fits in your place. Look for pieces which are multifunctional, for example a sofa which doubles as a bed or a bed with underneath storage space. Make the most of what you have!
The ‘Puzzle’ seat, below, by Lucyau can be altered to provide three different looks and also folds out in to a bed! I love the modern simplicity- this piece wouldn’t look out of place in any home!

Can you believe that an entire apartment’s worth of furniture is inside this small box, below? Inside is an armoire, a desk, a height-adjustable stool, two more stools, a six-shelf bookcase, and a bed with mattress. Quite why or when you would need such an item, I’m not too sure. By Casulo.
